The Admin Commons (“TAC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), an assumed business name of Ministry Desk LLC, a limited liability company formed under the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, values your privacy.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our website, marketplace, and related services ( the “Platform”). By using the Platform, you consent to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service. The Terms of Service are incorporated herein by reference. All of the definitions, terms and conditions contained in the Terms of Service shall apply to this Privacy Policy.

We collect only the information necessary to operate the Platform and support safe, professional interactions. This may include:

We do not knowingly collect data from minors under 18.

4. Invitation and Referral System

Because TAC is invitation- and referral-based, we may collect:

  • Names and email addresses of invited users
  • Referrer information (who extended the invite)

This data is used solely for onboarding and is not shared for marketing purposes.

5. Payments and Third-Party Services

All payment data is processed through Stripe Connect, a PCI-compliant provider. TAC never stores or has access to full payment card details. By using Stripe, you also agree to Stripe’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. TAC may use other trusted vendors for hosting, analytics, and communication — all under confidentiality agreements.

6. Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and analytics tools to:

  • Maintain login sessions
  • Improve site functionality
  • Track aggregate (non-personal) usage trends You can disable cookies in your browser, but certain features may not function properly.

7. Data Retention

We retain data only as long as necessary for operational or legal purposes. Users may request account deletion by emailing support@theadmincommons.com. Deleted data may be retained for a limited period as required by law or for dispute resolution.

We implement reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect user data. No online service is completely secure, but TAC partners only with trusted providers such as Sharetribe and Stripe, who meet industry security standards.
